Piccer

Piccer is a (freeware) picture viewer. 

Characteristics: 

  • Two modes: Thumbnail mode vs. One picture only mode (see screenshots)
  • Slideshow
  • Filemanager: Drag and Drop Pictures to another directory
  • Supported file formats: .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .pcx and others
  • Customizable by a bunch of options
